So, we already have high levels of support, as shown in our 2016 survey, for our clients and customers, but we never like to rest on our laurels! We have made a change that will make it even easier for you to use our system now and contact us if you need help!

We have just launched our new support website support.payitmonthly.uk and knowledge base system. This will enable both clients and customers to find answers to common questions and contact us in a more reliable way. If you are an existing client or customer you can now simply email us at support@payitmonthly.uk our support email address.

Why is this better? If you are emailing an individual member of our team and they are on holiday or unexpectedly absent, your request or query will not be missed as another member of the team will be able to pick it up and deal with it for you. Behind the scenes, we are able to allocate your query to a member of staff in a more efficient way which will result in better service.

That’s not all. You will now find many articles relating to frequently asked questions on the support system. This will allow you to either look through or search your question in the search bar. The sections are separated into relevant categories making it easy to pin down what you’re looking for. The search bar will also recognise key words when you search and will bring you up a list of suggested articles that relate to your search words.

This system will allow you to find answers in a quick and easy manner, from how to start using the system to payments to what PayItMonthly offers. Therefore, you won’t have to worry about calling us to ask questions, you can find answers at the touch of a button!

That’s not to say we don’t welcome your call, because of course, we are happy to help in any way we can and the way that suits you best. So, if you have the time and want to talk to us, please don’t hesitate to call. However, if you are looking for a quick answer or piece of information easily, give the support site a try!
