Becky joined us as an apprentice after enrolling in a work experience placement here at PIM. Through this placement, she discovered a keen interest in Marketing and a natural aptitude for learning, eager to gain real-world experience in the FinTech industry. As our new Marketing Apprentice, Becky was a whirlwind of energy, diving headfirst into building new skill sets in Photoshop, Social Media Marketing and Video Editing.
"I was a bit nervous at first," Becky admits 6 months after completing her apprenticeship, now a Marketing Associate "but everyone was so welcoming and supportive. I've learned so much already, from how to build a digital marketing campaign to tracking and analysing leads. It's been great to contribute to a team."
Becky’s played a key role in unlocking the potential of our social media accounts, leading widespread growth across platforms. Her enthusiasm has made them a valuable contribution to the team.
This apprenticeship isn't just about ticking boxes; it's a real opportunity for growth. Becky has and continues to gain invaluable experience, developing key skills, and building a strong foundation for her future career. Becky shares "The best part has been the opportunity to learn new technologies and be involved in the company culture."

Our Operations Manager Liz recounts her experiences with our latest apprentice:
“Bex did an amazing job throughout her apprenticeship and balanced her college work and working her job here amazingly well. Meetings with her assessor were always a pleasure as we both only had positive things to report, he cited her as a dream and wished that all his students were as keen and able as Bex was!
Before the apprenticeship came to an end, we decided that we wanted to offer Bex a full-time position with us to begin once the apprenticeship has ended. She accepted and we are happy to report that she remains with us continuing to do a fantastic job.
Bex completely took over the social media marketing, has run some brilliant campaigns through our channels and has organised and run charity events too!
The change in Bex’s confidence and growth from work experience to apprentice to full-time Pimmer has been a joy to watch and she is a valuable asset to the company, both professionally and personally. We are very proud of her achievements and grateful for all her hard work!”
