1. Promoter

The promoter is PayItMonthly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Promotion Overview

This promotion offers eligible businesses a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Voucher when they register with PayItMonthly and successfully complete their first finance agreement within PAYITMONTHLY the qualifying period.

This promotion may be used in conjunction with PayItMonthly’s Bosch £20 Greggs Gift Card Sign Up Promotion, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria for each promotion.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion is open from 10 February 2026 and will close at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

To qualify, the first completed PayItMonthly finance agreement must be placed by 23:59 on 31 July 2026.

PayItMonthly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is open to new business customers only.

To be eligible, a business must:
• Attend a Bosch Regional Event or receive a promotional email;
• Successfully register as a PayItMonthly merchant during the Promotion Period;
• Successfully place and complete its first PayItMonthly finance agreement within the qualifying timeframe.

Businesses must be based in the United Kingdom and operated by individuals aged 18 or over.

Existing PayItMonthly partners, previously registered businesses, or businesses re-registering under alternative details are excluded.

5. How to Qualify

To qualify for the incentive, eligible businesses must:

1. Complete PayItMonthly registration using accurate and complete business details;
2. Pass PayItMonthly’s standard onboarding, verification, and approval checks;
3. Successfully process and complete at least one customer finance agreement.

Cancelled, reversed, incomplete, or subsequently invalidated agreements will not qualify.

6. Further Information

Eligible businesses will receive one (1) £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Voucher.

The incentive:
• Is issued only once the first qualifying agreement has been confirmed as completed;
• Is non-transferable and non-exchangeable;
• Has no cash or alternative reward available.
‍
Strictly one (1) voucher per business.

7. Voucher Issuance

The voucher will be issued within 30 days of the qualifying agreement being confirmed.
‍
Vouchers will be sent electronically to the email address registered on the PayItMonthly account.
‍
PayItMonthly is not responsible for vouchers not received due to incorrect or incomplete registration details or delivery issues outside its control.

8. Limits and Restrictions

• One £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Voucher per business only
• This promotion may be used in conjunction with PayItMonthly’s Bosch Regional Events £20 Greggs Gift Card Sign Up Promotion, where the eligibility criteria for both promotions are met 

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other PayItMonthly introductory or sign-up incentive unless expressly stated
• PayItMonthly reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to issuing the incentive

9. Fraud, Misuse and Disqualification

PayItMonthly reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover the incentive where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, misuse, misleading information, or a breach of PayItMonthly merchant terms.

PayItMonthly’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.

10. Data Protection

By participating in this promotion, businesses consent to PayItMonthly processing personal and business data for the purposes of administering this promotion.

Where required, data may be shared with third-party service providers solely for voucher fulfilment purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
