To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we carry out credit and service checks on all new partners. If we have any concerns, we’ll be in touch.
Before going live, complete a quick test agreement to get familiar with the system. When you’re ready, press the button in your account to switch to live mode.
We’ll send your digital Partner Welcome Pack straight away. If you’ve requested in-store POS materials, we’ll ship them so you can start promoting from day one.
Make it known
Once your account is live, it’s time to let customers know you offer flexible instalments. We offer pre-approved marketing materials to help your big launch.
Stay compliant
Advertising finance has strict rules. You can only use marketing materials created by an FCA-authorised business.
In-store promotion
If you have a physical location, we provide high-quality in-store point-of-sale materials free of charge to Plus and Pro partners. PAYG partners can purchase a pack for £29.

We review all new partners to make sure they meet our standards for customer service, reviews, and that you are a responsible partner. Verification usually takes up to 2 working days, but may take longer if we need extra information.
⚠️We cannot finance certain categories such as drugs, military equipment, counterfeit goods, or “get rich quick” schemes.
No. You cannot add a surcharge or extra charges to cover the cost of offering 0% instalments. Doing so could breach rules around offering finance.
Yes. We believe in lending responsibly, so every customer who applies is credit checked. This helps ensure they can afford repayments and reduces the risk of financial hardship.
• We run a soft check first (invisible to lenders).
• If approved, it becomes a hard check once the agreement is signed.
• From 2026, new regulations will require all lenders to check every customer, regardless of agreement value.
We run a soft credit check first. If the customer is declined, it won’t affect their credit file. If they are accepted and complete their application, it becomes a hard check (showing as an accepted agreement).
You’ll need to upload:
1. A copy of the invoice
2. A signed proof of delivery/service document
