We’re a fast-paced FinTech team that values transparency and 'getting stuck in.' We take our regulatory work seriously, but our culture is collaborative, jargon-free and casually dressed. We believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration, but we know life happens outside of 9-to-5. Our Marketing, Compliance, Finance and IT roles typically offer a hybrid model, allowing you to balance focused time at home with team-building days in the office.
Our Sales, Customer Support, and Partner teams are primarily office-based to support their phone-heavy roles. However, we prioritize a culture of flexibility, ensuring our team can always step away for life’s essentials -whether it’s a school play or a last-minute MOT.
We try to keep things moving quickly! Typically, you can expect a turnaround of 2–3 weeks. We understand 2nd and 3rd interviews are a real turn off. With PayItMonthly we will typically require an initial Teams call followed by a detailed final interview and that’s it! If you’re the right fit, we will send you an offer the same or next day.
Not necessarily! While it helps for certain roles, we value attitude and aptitude above all else. If you’re a great communicator or a brilliant coder, we can teach you the "Fin" part of FinTech.
