There may be occasions where we are unable to fully resolve and respond to your complaint within three business days, for example if we require further information from you to investigate your complaint.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint in this time, we will let you know and provide you with a final response within eight weeks, advising on the outcome of our investigation.
Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
We want to be able to resolve your complaint to your full satisfaction however, if you feel our response to your complaint does not fully address all of your concerns, or we have not responded to you within eight weeks of you raising the complaint, you may have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). If you wish to do this, you must do so within six months of us providing our final response to you.
