1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is PayItMonthly Ltd, trading as PayItMonthly, registered in England and Wales under company number 09719909, with its registered office at Ellenborough House, Wellington Street, Cheltenham, GL50 1XZ (“PayItMonthly”).

2. Definitions

2.1 In these Terms and Conditions:
“Eligible Agreement” means an agreement meeting the requirements of clause 6.
“Eligible Partner” means a business meeting the eligibility requirements set out in clause 3.
“Partner Terms” means PayItMonthly’s applicable partner agreement and any associated policies, procedures or requirements in force during the Promotion Period.
“Prize” means one of the prize options described in clause 7.
“Promotion” means the Shopify Partner Prize Draw described in these Terms and Conditions.
“Promotion Period” means the period described in clause 4.
“Shopify Partner” means an Eligible Partner that uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to new UK-based Shopify Partners that:
a. are operated by an individual aged 18 or over or by a legally registered UK business;
b. use Shopify as their ecommerce platform;
c. do not have an existing PayItMonthly partner account when the Promotion Period begins;
d. successfully register as a PayItMonthly partner during the Promotion Period;
e. place at least one Eligible Agreement during the Promotion Period; and
f. comply with these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Partner Terms.
3.2 Existing PayItMonthly partners are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Employees of PayItMonthly, members of their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 The Promotion opens when it is first published by PayItMonthly and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4.2 Registrations or Eligible Agreements completed after the closing time will not qualify.

5. Entry

5.1 Each Eligible Partner that registers and places at least one Eligible Agreement during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the prize draw.
5.2 Each Eligible Partner may receive a maximum of one entry, regardless of the number of Eligible Agreements placed during the Promotion Period.
5.3 No separate entry is required. Entries will be recorded automatically against the Eligible Partner’s PayItMonthly account.
5.4 No entry fee is payable.
5.5 PayItMonthly’s records will determine whether a valid entry has been received.

6. Eligible Agreements

6.1 An “Eligible Agreement” is a genuine PayItMonthly agreement that:
a. has passed the applicable credit, affordability and eligibility checks;
b. has been accepted and signed by the customer during the Promotion Period;
c. has not been cancelled, refunded, duplicated, entered fraudulently or otherwise reversed before the prize draw;
d. complies with PayItMonthly’s applicable Partner Terms and customer terms;
e. relates to a genuine transaction and has not been created primarily to obtain entry into the Promotion; and
f. has not resulted from undue pressure, unfair sales practices or conduct inconsistent with applicable law, Financial Conduct Authority requirements, the Consumer Duty or PayItMonthly’s Partner Terms.
6.2 An Eligible Agreement does not have to be placed through PayItMonthly’s Shopify integration.

7. Prizes

7.1 One Prize is available and one winner will be selected.
7.2 The winner may choose one of the following Prize options:
a. up to £500 to spend with one of the following PayItMonthly Shopify Partners:
• FlexiSpot;
• Zofa; or
• Charge and Glide; or
b. one £250 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
7.3 The £500 partner-shopping Prize must be spent with one selected Shopify Partner and cannot be divided between different partners.
7.4 PayItMonthly will arrange the purchase with the selected Shopify Partner up to a maximum total value of £500, including any applicable standard delivery charges.
7.5 If the winner’s selected products cost more than £500, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference. Any additional payment must be arranged with the selected Shopify Partner.
7.6 If the selected products cost less than £500, the unused balance will not be paid in cash, refunded or made available as credit.
7.7 Products are subject to availability and to the selected Shopify Partner’s applicable delivery areas, exclusions, returns policies and other terms and conditions.
7.8 The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card is subject to Amazon’s applicable gift card terms and restrictions. Restrictions apply. See www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal.
7.9 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold through PayItMonthly. No cash alternative is available.
7.10 Product colours, models and specifications may vary from those shown in promotional images. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
7.11 If a Prize option or selected product becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied, PayItMonthly reserves the right to provide an alternative of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Selection

8.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within five working days after the Promotion Period closes.
8.2 The draw will use a verifiably random selection process and will be conducted or supervised by a person independent of the team responsible for administering the Promotion.

9. Winner Notification

9.1 The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number registered to their PayItMonthly partner account within five working days of the draw.
9.2 The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize, including their selected Prize option, within seven days of being contacted.
9.3 If the winner:
a. does not respond within seven days;
b. cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
c. is found to be ineligible;
d. is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize; or
e. fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions,
PayItMonthly may withdraw the Prize and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

10. Prize Delivery

10.1 PayItMonthly will aim to arrange the Prize within 30 days after the winner confirms acceptance and provides the information reasonably required to fulfil it.
10.2 The partner-shopping Prize can only be delivered to an address served by the selected Shopify Partner.
10.3 The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will normally be sent electronically to the email address confirmed by the winner.
10.4 The winner is responsible for costs associated with accepting or using the Prize that are not expressly covered by these Terms and Conditions.

11. Publicity

11.1 PayItMonthly may publish or make available the winner’s business name and county in accordance with applicable promotional marketing rules.
11.2 The winner may also be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Promotion, including:
a. providing a photograph of themselves, their business, premises or team;
b. allowing PayItMonthly to use their business name and logo;
c. participating in a short interview or providing a testimonial; and
d. appearing in website content, social media, email marketing, press releases or other promotional materials.
11.3 Participation in the additional promotional activity described in clause 11.2 is voluntary.
11.4 Where a winner voluntarily provides photographs, videos, testimonials or other promotional materials, they grant PayItMonthly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt and display that material for the purposes agreed with the winner.
11.5 Where submitted material includes identifiable individuals other than the winner, the winner confirms that they have obtained the permissions necessary for PayItMonthly to use that material.

12. Preventing Abuse

12.1 Partners must continue to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, Financial Conduct Authority requirements and PayItMonthly’s Partner Terms when offering PayItMonthly.
12.2 The Promotion must not influence whether finance is offered or recommended to a customer. Finance must only be offered where appropriate and in accordance with the partner’s usual sales process.
12.3 Partners must not advertise or communicate the Promotion to customers in a way that could influence a customer’s decision to enter into a PayItMonthly agreement.
12.4 Entrants must not create agreements solely to obtain entry into the Promotion or otherwise attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the Promotion.
12.5 PayItMonthly may reject an entry or disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes there has been:
a. fraud or attempted fraud;
b. abuse of the Promotion;
c. submission of false or misleading information;
d. manipulation of the entry process;
e. a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Partner Terms;
f. conduct contrary to the spirit of the Promotion or inconsistent with applicable legal or regulatory requirements; or
g. an agreement created primarily to obtain entry into the Promotion.
12.6 PayItMonthly may verify an entrant’s eligibility and request supporting information before awarding the Prize.
12.7 The Prize may be withheld until PayItMonthly is satisfied that the winner and their entry comply with these Terms and Conditions.
12.8 PayItMonthly may audit any Eligible Agreement and request information it reasonably considers necessary to verify compliance.

13. Personal Information

13.1 PayItMonthly will use entrants’ personal information to administer the Promotion, verify entries, contact the winner, fulfil the Prize and undertake any agreed publicity.
13.2 Personal information will be processed in accordance with PayItMonthly’s Privacy Policy.
13.3 PayItMonthly will make the winner’s surname or business name and county available to anyone who submits a reasonable request to PayItMonthly at its registered office within one month after the draw.
13.4 The winner may object to some or all of this information being made available. However, PayItMonthly may still be required to provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority or another relevant regulator where required by law.

14. Changes or Cancellation

14.1 If circumstances outside PayItMonthly’s reasonable control affect the fair or proper operation of the Promotion, PayItMonthly reserves the right to suspend, amend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary.
14.2 PayItMonthly will only change the closing date or other material conditions where unavoidable circumstances make this necessary and where permitted under applicable promotional marketing rules.
14.3 Where reasonably practicable, PayItMonthly will seek to minimise any disadvantage to Eligible Partners that have already participated.

15. Liability

15.1 PayItMonthly will not be responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, corrupted, incorrectly recorded or not received because of a technical failure or another circumstance outside its reasonable control.
15.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for:
a. death or personal injury caused by negligence;
b. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
c. any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15.3 Subject to clause 15.2, PayItMonthly will not be liable for loss, damage or injury arising from the winner’s acceptance or use of the Prize except where caused by PayItMonthly’s negligence or breach of a legal obligation.

16. Third-Party Brands

16.1 Shopify, Amazon, FlexiSpot, Zofa and Charge and Glide are not responsible for administering the Promotion or selecting the winner.
16.2 This Promotion is operated solely by PayItMonthly. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Shopify or Amazon.
16.3 Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
16.4 The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card is issued subject to Amazon’s applicable terms and restrictions. Restrictions apply. See www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal.
16.5 Shopify and all related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

17. General

17.1 PayItMonthly’s decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion are final. This does not affect an entrant’s statutory rights.
17.2 By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
17.3 If any provision is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severed and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
17.4 A failure or delay by PayItMonthly to exercise a right or remedy will not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
17.5 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between PayItMonthly and each entrant concerning the Promotion and supersede previous communications relating to it.
