Chris is the CEO and Co-Founder of PayItMonthly, where he leads the company’s vision to deliver fair, transparent, and customer-focused Buy Now, Pay Later solutions. Since launching the business, he has overseen its growth into a trusted finance partner for thousands of UK retailers.
Past roles
Chris has over 20 years of experience in financial services and data analysis. Before founding PayItMonthly, he worked on major projects for Virgin Atlantic, Marks & Spencer, and Citi Bank, developing a deep understanding of how financial products and customer experiences intersect. This foundation inspired his mission to build finance products that are transparent, accessible, and focused on customer outcomes.

Tamas is the Chief Technology Officer of PayItMonthly, leading the company’s IT strategy and system development. He has overseen the transformation of the platform, introducing automation, neural network credit decisions, integrations, and APIs to support growth and strengthen competitiveness.

After graduating as a Molecular Bionics engineer, Tamas worked as a group-level IT developer for a multinational with over 25,000 employees, where he developed retail network and payment systems, reduced operational expenses through innovative solutions, and presented directly to senior leadership. He has also won multiple awards, including the KPMG Business Management Championship and IT Innovation awards at MOL.

Since joining the business in 2024, he has championed a customer-first, UX-driven approach. Rob has recently delivered a full rebrand, overhauled partner touchpoints, and played a key role in the relaunch of the company website.

Rob has over a decade of marketing experience across global brands and major UK retailers. Prior to PayItMonthly, he was Head of Brand Marketing at Bosch, where he managed both B2B and B2C communications, including a loyalty programme with 30,000 independent businesses and the UK deployment of the international #LikeABosch campaign. He also worked at Halfords PLC as Group Brand Manager, overseeing leading brands such as Apollo, Carrera, and Voodoo, as well as the Halfords Garages and Mobile Expert brands. Rob studied Marketing, Advertising and Communications at the University of Gloucestershire, graduating top of his year with First Class Honours and winning the prestigious Marketing Student Prize in 2014.

Before joining PayItMonthly, Catherine was Financial Reporting Manager at one of the UK’s largest social housing providers, where she led statutory reporting, budgeting, and compliance with SORP, managing a team of finance business partners. She previously worked as Chief Financial Officer for a telecoms network, where she oversaw finance, HR, and facilities management, guided the company through an acquisition by an FTSE 100 PLC, and delivered annual cost savings of over £350k. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles across construction, retail, technology, and manufacturing, gaining experience in banking relationships, audit, payroll, foreign exchange, and supplier management.

Catherine brings more than 10 years’ experience at senior executive and board level within SMEs. She is recognised for her strategic financial leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to deliver cost savings and efficiencies. Before joining PayItMonthly, Ádám was Head of Business Strategy & Financial Planning for a startup, steering growth during a pivotal stage. He previously spent nearly 8 years at GE, where he managed statutory and tax reporting across 16 European countries, led teams of PwC contractors, and delivered large-scale process redesign projects. His early career included roles in project management, ERP implementation, and financial planning. Ádám has also distinguished himself in international business competitions, winning the Global RSM Star Case Study Competition (2016), the Tesco Central European Business Game (2014), and the KPMG Student Management Championship (2013).
