Here's How Pass Genie Works:
  1. Customer-Centric Fees: Your customers are always given the lowest rate possible. If they qualify without Pass Genie, they’re accepted on your regular fees.
  2. Risk-Based Tiers: Pass Genie’s fee tiers mirror the added risk of approving these customers. Choose the tier levels that best match your business needs.
Pass Genie Fee Structure:
  • Tier 1: +1.9%
  • Tier 2: +3.9%
  • Tier 3: +9.9%

You have the flexibility to enable only Tier 1, Tiers 1 & 2, or all three tiers based on what suits your business model.
