As always, we want to make sure we are doing right by you, our partner, and your customers. So we are letting you know there a few legal requirements you need to include when you offer PayItMonthly at checkout.

You need to:
  • Include a disclosure
  • Include eligibility criteria and risk warning
  • Provide a link to PayItMonthly’s Ts&Cs
  • Make all information, wherever it is advertised, transparent and not misleading
The Consequences of Misleading Advertisement:
  • Misleading customers can result in a fine and/or up to 2 years in prison
  • Senior staff members/controlling members can be held personally liable if the misrepresentation took place in their knowledge
